Sarah Ann Landis

Sarah Ann Landis, age 90 of Grove City, passed away Thursday, December 9, 2010. Sarah was born and raised in Hilliard, daughter of the late Charles and Levisa Cantrell. Also preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Herman Landis, and 7 siblings. Sarah was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother to her family. She had many domestic talents; she made sure the house was tidy and there was always a delicious meal for all to share. She was a charter member of the Grove City Church of the Nazarene where throughout the years she was involved with numerous groups and clubs. She will be missed by her loving children, Sandra Lester, Herman “Sonny” (Kathleen) Landis, Jr., Larry Landis, and Debra (Michael) Frasure; 7 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; sisters, Edith Lester and Jane Marshall; brother, William (Noni) Cantrell; and many other extended family members and dear friends. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 A.M. Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at the Grove City Church of the Nazarene, 4770 Hoover Rd. Family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M.
