Scarlett Ann Noble, precious daughter of Brian and Jessica (Copeland) Noble, passed from this world into the arms of the Lord on May 18, 2012. She stayed long enough to touch the lives of her grandparents, Steve and Cindy Copeland of Upper Arlington and Mike and Vonda Dougherty of Franklin, OH and uncles, Matt Copeland and Devin Dougherty. Private services will be held by St. Brendan the Navigator Church in Union Cemetery.
