Scott Andrew Moreland

Scott Andrew Moreland, age 49 of Grandview, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, December 9, 2018. Scott was born and raised in Columbus, son of Cynthia Sopher and the late John Moreland. Scott graduated from Upper Arlington High School, Class of 1988 and worked in construction throughout his life. Scott was an intelligent man who had a great sense of humor and a beautiful soul. He was a history buff who remembered countless facts and stats and was a huge Buckeye and Brown's fan. He will be greatly missed by his mother, Cynthia Sopher; brothers, Chris (Tracy) Moreland and Tom (Mimi) Moreland; half-sister, Amy Ogden; nieces and nephews, Sunny, Molly, and Tommy Moreland and David and Emily Ogden; and other extended family members and dear friends. Memorial service will be held at 3 P.M. Sunday, December 16, 2018 at SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST CHAPEL, 1740 Zollinger Rd., where family will receive friends from 1 P.M. until time of service Sunday.
