Sharon B. Pursell, age 76, of Columbus, passed away Thursday, January 18, 2024 in Columbus. She was born on February 27, 1947 in Columbus, Ohio, daughter of the late Murray L. and Marjorie (Kinkead) Brooker. Sharon was a devoted wife, mother, sister, and grandmother who is survived by her daughter, Tracey Pursell; grandson, Steven Rioux; granddaughter, Lindsay Collier-Pursell; other relatives and many friends. Beside her parents, Sharon was preceded in death by her husband, Robert S. Pursell; son, Steven M. Pursell; brother, Richard Brooker and sister, Deborah Brooker. Sharon was a loving caregiver of her family and those in need. She was a very happy person, excellent cook, frugal and could fix anything around the house. The Family will have a private committal service at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
