Shell J Ridenour

Shell J. Ridenour, 58, of Columbus passed away Thursday, November 3, 2022. He was born on August 15, 1964 in Columbus, OH to the late Charles and Irene (Watsewah) Ridenour. Shell served in the U.S. Navy in San Francisco, Alaska, and the Philippines. He enjoyed collecting cards, traveling, and watching sports especially the Vikings, OSU, Cavs, and Reds. Shell was a great father and fun to be around. In addition to his parents, Shell was preceded in death by his son, Roland Armando Valdez Ridenour and sister, Diane Ridenour. He is survived by his wife, Marilyn Ridenour; son, Jethro (Kim) Ridenour, daughter, Sherilyn Ridenour; grandson, Roland Ridenour; granddaughters, Leyah Ridenour and Mariyah Ridenour; sister, Wanita (Drew) Ensman; nephews, John Bishop, Aaron Brooks, and Christopher Brooks; many cousins and friends. Family will receive friends 9:30 am - 11:30 am Saturday, November 12, 2022 at Schoedinger East, 5360 E. Livingston Ave. Columbus, OH 43232, where funeral service will be held at 11:30 am. Interment will take place at a later date at Glen Rest Memorial Estate.
