December 14, 1943 – January 19, 2025
Shirley Ann Kuchta (Kenny) was born on December 14,1943 in Chicago Ill. She peacefully joined our Lord and Savior on January 19,2025 in Hilliard Ohio, while under the loving care of her family.
Shirley was a loving mother who through difficult times raised eight beautiful children. She enjoyed spending time with all of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved her family well.
She had a remarkable gift for making friends wherever she went. If there was music, you could find her dancing; if she had a pen, she was writing, always documenting the moments that made life so special. A daily walk for Dr Pepper and chocolate (which she passionately believed was good for her) was part of her routine. Her heart was as sweet as the treats she enjoyed.
A woman of deep faith, Shirley loved Jesus and was a fierce prayer warrior. She spent many years as a caregiver, offering love and support to those in need. She was a beacon of kindness, joy, and compassion to everyone who knew her.
Shirley is survived by her sister Penelope Stengel. Her loving children: Lisa (Rodney) Perdue, Laura (Lee)Hooper, Denise (Kevin) Mulford, Carolyn Carter, Jennifer (Theodore) Tidd, Walter Kuchta, and Joseph Kuchta. She was a proud and devoted Grandma to fifteen grandchildren and GiGi to thirteen great-grandchildren. She is now reunited with her beloved daughter, Katie (Kathleen Kuchta), her parents, George and Lenore Kenny, her brother, George Kenny, and her son-in-law, Carloe Carter.
