Stanley A. Rudak, age 95, died at Wesley Glen Retirement Community on Sunday, December 20, 2015. Born on July 25, 1920, in Hamtramck, Michigan. Stan graduated from Cass Technical High School in Detroit and attended Michigan State University and the University of Dayton. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy during World War II as a machinist mate. He retired from Lucent Technologies as a tool and die maker. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rita (Decker) Rudak; parents, Anthony and Anna (Szoda) Rudak; and brother, John Rudak. He is survived by many nieces and nephews in the Decker and Baumann families. The family will receive friends 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at the SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTON CHAPEL, 6699 N High Street, Worthington, Ohio 43085. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at Saint Timothy Roman Catholic Church, 1088 Thomas Lane, Columbus, Ohio 43220. Father Timothy Hayes, Celebrant. Interment at St. Joseph Cemetery.
