Only worked at Sensotec/Honeywell a short time and knew of Steve and know from all those I work with...that he will be sorely missed.  Many words I have heard, that of a really good engineer, of how great a worker he was, and of his integrity and how good he was to work with.

I feel fortunate to have known Steve for the last 15 years.  He was always a warm and kind person; a true gentleman.  He'll be missed by all who knew him.

Kristy, Mike and I were shocked to learn about Steve. We can hear his voice and see his smile, still, and know how much he loved you. We had so much fun playing trivia and will never forget those days and spending time together. You shared our wedding with us.

The Acquaintance was purchased for the family of Steven Stacy.

Steve and myself were collegues at Sensotec. He was always keen to come up with new ideas and push back the frontiers of science in the sensing world. We had a lot of fun together designing and building a new family of products that made a significant mark.
He was always a very kind thoughtful and caring person. It was a great shock to me and all that know him and he will always be rememembered as one of the team.
My deepest sympathies to you Kristy and his family. He will never be forgotten.

Steve and I were cousins.  Our mothers, Audry and Ruth, were sisters.  I remember playing with Steve in the early 60's.  We always had a good time.  I will remember Steve and Scott and their parents Jim and Audry forever.

Steve and I met one evening at Damons while playing NTN trivia. I asked him where he worked and he told me Honeywell. I told him I worked at Honeywell also. What a coincidence. We exchanged business cards. I hadn't realized that there was more than one Honeywell site in Columbus. I warned him that Corporate Honeywell would make things challenging for the old Sensotech group. We became good friends and Steve and Kristy got me involved in a myriad of activities icluding the Irish Festival (a must for McCarthys and Dillons), a rock concert (loud!), OSU basketball (we shoulda made alot more final fours and why did they keep giving the ball to Beuford), a trip to the Horseshoe, rooting for the Buckeyes on football Saturdays at a local pub, rootiing against the Steelers on Sundays, rooting for the Browns (no future in that), Fantasy Football (how come the women always win?), captaining our live trivia team (kept Tom under control) repairing ceiling leaks, staining decks (we did a great job in spite of the killer spiders), Steve, I suspect in Heaven there are alot of good Catholic Saints that have been waiting for someone with leadership qualities to be their FF commissioner and trivia captain. Steve and I grew up together,  were classmates all 12 years at ELO, played Little league for Vernon Dell Dairy, rode our bikes to the BigTree, climbed the WALL, got into and out of trouble more times than I could possibly count...playing basketball on your driveway was a daily event...and when you started laughing when you first heard Me called ABB, you had everyone laughing and I had a nickname for life! I met Steve when we got to East Liverpool High School. He was always in my homeroom and always a friend. We remained friends the 40 years since graduation. I will never forget his laugh and his smile and his love of family and friends and was so happy for him when he met and married his love Kristy. He will be missed by all of us who knew him and loved him as a friend.
