Susan DeStefano Leohner

Susan E. DeStefano Leohner, age 62, passed away on Saturday, August 10, 2024. Susan was born in Columbus, Ohio on November 3, 1961 to the late Robert & Joan (Kellin) DeStefano. Susan was a 1980 graduate of Upper Arlington High School. Susan was a very welcoming, fun-loving, and creative soul. She expressed her creativity throughout her life, especially in her career. She owned an extraordinary event planning business and was a talented florist. Susan will be deeply missed by her loving daughter Sophia Marie Leohner; siblings Robert DeStefano, Lisa DeStefano Wissinger, and Bill (Ali) DeStefano; nieces & nephews Brandon Wissinger, Corey (Maggie) Wissinger, Destiny DeStefano, Desiree DeStefano, and Dakota DeStefano; great-nephews Benjamin Wissinger and Luke Wissinger; step-daughter Amanda (Brian) Smith; grandchildren Lexi, JP, Jackson, and Luke Smith; loving dog Daisy Grace; and her extended family and many friends. Family will receive friends from 4:00-7:00pm on Monday, August 19, 2024 at SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST, 1740 Zollinger Road, UA 43221. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30am on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at St. Timothy Catholic Church, 1088 Thomas Lane, Columbus, Ohio 43220. Internment at Union Cemetery.
