She was born on May 10, 1943, in Zanesville, OH to the late Robert W. and Margaret E. Finney. Susan was a 1961 graduate of Cambridge High School and then went on to attend business college.
She married Paul R. Willis, her high school sweetheart in June 1965, and they celebrated 57 years of marriage prior to his passing in October 2022. Susan had several jobs in her lifetime, but her favorite job was caring for her husband, children, and grandchildren. Susan was an avid reader, and you would always find her with a book in her hands.
Susan is survived by two children: Douglas (Brenda) Willis of Ostrander, OH and Paula (Wesley) Roller of Gahanna, OH; grandchildren Kyle Willis and Mya Roller; sisters Jo Anderson of Zanesville and Margo (Michael) Benson of Milford Center.
At Susan’s request there will be no funeral or memorial service. She will be laid to rest at Northlawn Memory Gardens in Westerville.
