Taye was a loving boy. That seemed so lovable. I didn't know taye well I only met him once. But my brother was one of his Best friends. After my brother hurt of taye's passing he didn't wanna talk to anyone but me. He told me about how Taye would always have a huge smile on his face, and always may him laugh. Either showing him funny cat photos ,or just playing around. Mason said Taye was in all his classes and his gonna miss him dearly. Our thoughts & prays are with you and your family. As I told  Mason think of all the good things of Taye.

It is with heavy hearts that we send our condolences to you and your family.
We cannot fathom your pain, but in time we hope that you all will be comforted by the memories and love that you have for Taye.  Since Taye and Jocelyn were only three weeks apart, I still remember seeing them together and so tiny, and later when they were about four,  when they sat together in a the chair on the patio having their own "conversation."   We have always enjoyed getting updates about the boys from their grandfather, and my parents.   It is so wonderful that they have been raised by such loving, dedicated parents!   Taye has been the epitome of love and we know you will keep his spirit alive.

I loved mornings at Glen Oak because it seemed almost daily I would hear "Good Morning Miss Debbie!" Many times he would stop in the office just to say Hi or to see how our day was going. Taye was truly one of the kindest kids we have encountered. He routinely and dutifully exhibited kindness and care for all. We have a personal experience where Taye regularly took our Kennedy under his wings in a successful effort to lift her spirits. He is truly an angel and will continue to be for all.

I'll never forget the excitement in Taye's eyes almost every morning at school. He was so eager to share about family adventures, animals, friends, books, or silly jokes. How special these stories are for me as well as for so many others who had the pleasure of hearing Taye speak so enthusiastically about things he loved. He would talk so quickly that I would often ask him to pause, take a deep breath, and then continue. It was one of my favorite times of the day because he always made me smile. Teaching Taye was such a fun experience. I can see him now crouching in his seat, not sitting, he hardly did that. He was a great friend to his closest pals and would've done anything for anyone. Taye had a kind heart and a positive, uplifting personality. What a beautiful influence he has been to many. Ashley and Jon, you are amazing parents. Taye was lucky to have such a fulfilling and happy life because of you. His legacy of kindness and compassion will never be forgotten.

Taye was such a loving kid always smiling and laughing. I remember the first time My grandson introduce me to Taye. I fell in love with him..  He always put a smile on your face. My grandson was a very lucky person to have him as his best friend. We will never forget him. My prayers go out to the Palmers.

I always want my children to surround themselves with other kids who are wonderful & have good values. Taye was that kid! Teddy was blessed to be apart of a group of boys with Taye, Bryan, Caden, & Joren. Whenever Taye stayed at our house he was like a shining star. So inquisitive about everything & I have never seen him without a smile on his face. My oldest son Zach once said 'Taye is the coolest kid & fun to hang out with'.  That just attests to Tayes maturity & how well he gets along with anyone no matter their age. Ashley & Jon are the kind of parents and community leaders we all inpsire to become. The amount of time & energy they both have spent making Lewis Center an amazing place to live is endless. And because they are such good role models and parents Taye was already a community activist at such a young age. I am at a loss of words of what to say to bring your family comfort. We only promise to never forget Taye & to honor his life forever!

Taye was always kind and helpful in the cafe at Glen Oak. He was always respectful and always smiling. My thoughts and prayers are with the Palmer family. God bless your family.

Taye was such a wonderful little boy. Had the kindest, sweetest most loving personality. I have never met a little boy with such wonderful manors and respect for everyone and everything around him. Taye was such a fun kid.  He had a happy heart and loved everyone.   I'm so, so sorry.

Taye was my son's best friend and the son of two of my best friends.  We met Taye when he first moved in and soon fell in love with his loving smile and creative and caring mind.  I will always remember him darting out his back door and making a beeline for the swing. In that very moment my son would drop whatever he was doing and dart out my door yelling "mom I am going to Tayes!"

Taye was the happiest young man we've ever met! He loved to tell us stories and talk about animals with us. He cared for our pets while we went on vacation and always asked us why we didn't have a dog :) Taye showed such respect to everyone and was a kind and genuine soul. We are so lucky to have met the Palmer family and Taye. He has truly been an inspiration to us all. We will miss him dearly!

Taye's smile was so big and bold that fell in love with him the first time we met.  I will always remember him sitting on my lap in my office teaching me how to transform Optimus Prime into a truck and back again.  He showed me how to do it, then handed it to me and said "Now you do it!"  When I failed, he was patient and kind and didn't give up until I could transform it myself.  I know he touched many, many lives and he will always have a special place in my heart.
