Thelma J Davis

Thelma J. Davis, of Pickerington, passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2015. Thelma was born in Bucyrus, Ohio, daughter of the late Harold and Helen Mills. Also preceded in death by beloved husband, Thomas Davis and sons, David Davis and Thomas Davis of whom she adored more than life itself. Thelma graduated from Central High School in Columbus and previously had worked for Speakers Unlimited. Thelma was a charter member of Whitehall Chapter (now Beacon Chapter #593) Order of the Eastern Star, a member of Daughters of the Nile, Columbus Cancer Clinic Workshop, Reynoldsburg United Methodist Church, and Central High School Alumni Association. She will be greatly missed by her sister, Dorothy Kyre; special friend, Ron Cohagen; caregivers and "sons", Corey Stiffler, Rick Shepherd, and Brad Rosen; dear friends of many years, Helen (Eddie) Maiberger, Mary Shea, Fran Horton, and Betty Hull; friends from her CHS ladies lunch bunch; faithful companions, Max and BooBoo; and other extended family members and dear friends. Funeral services will be held at 1 P.M. Thursday, July 2, 2015 at SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST CHAPEL, 1051 E. Johnstown Rd., where family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. Wednesday.
