Thomas J. McMillin Jr., age 82, passed away on Saturday, January 4, 2025 at Grant Medical Center due to complications from a fall. Tom was born on August 17, 1942 in Columbus, Ohio to Thomas J. and Florence McMillin. He retired after 32 years of service with Augsburg Fortress. Tom enjoyed hunting, fishing, and collecting arrowheads and antique glass. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas J. and Florence McMillin; son, Eugene Joseph McMillin; siblings, Kathy, Sue Ellen and Ron. Survived by his wife of 39 years, Benita J. McMillin (nee: Coffman); children, Tommie Kay (Chris) Snodgrass and Dane Allen (Haley) Martin II; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Per Tom’s wishes a private cremation will take place. Memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Association in his memory. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2025 at 2:00 pm.
