

Thomas Reisinger “Tom Reynolds”, age 69, passed away Saturday, May 28, 2011 at Kobacker House in Columbus, Ohio. He was born on November 7, 1941 to the late Ray and Jean Reisinger in Cincinnati, Ohio and was a U.S. Army Vietnam veteran. From an early age, it was obvious that Tom was developing a passion for radio broadcasting. He attended Indiana State University to study theatre and the arts and then went on to work for various radio stations throughout Columbus, such as; WXLE, WQTL, and the “Power Pig”. Tom worked at WOSU for 18 years, where he was known as “Tom Reynolds” and did the traffic reports for the majority of that time. He appreciated music of all genres and loved to travel with his family to Florida. In addition to his parents, Tom was preceded in death by his first wife, Betty Frances Fuller Reisinger. He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Barbara Reisinger; children, Frances (Jay) Wenhold, Kelly (Jesse Blankenship) Ulrich, Amy (Chaz) Hutton, and Todd (Nancy Shackleford) Ulrich; grandchildren, Dregan and Dakoda Hutton, J.C and Leo Wenhold; brother, Charles (Janis) Reisinger, beloved mother-in-law, Lillian Price; brothers-in-law, Barry (Faye) Price and Brian (Angie) Price; many dear friends. Family will receive friends Saturday, June 4, 2011 from 3 p.m. until the time of the Celebration of Life service at 4 p.m. at SCHOEDINGER GROVE CITY CHAPEL, 3920 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123.
