Thomas Walker

Thomas Walker, known affectionately to friends and family as Tom, passed away on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at age 52. He was born on November 24, 1972 in Columbus, Ohio to Randy and Evelyn Walker. Tom is preceded in death by his wife Angelique Walker.

Tom grew up in Upper Arlington and attended Bishop Watterson High School. On May 27th 1995, Tom married Angelique Conard, and over the next several years they welcomed their two daughters Mia and Reagan into the world. After living in a few different locations around Ohio, the Walker family eventually settled back in Columbus, and Tom began his career at the Links at Groveport golf course, where he proudly worked for 19 years. In 2018, Angelique was diagnosed with cancer, at which time Tom became her loving and devoted caretaker until her passing in 2019.

Tom was a generous, funny and loving father, friend and husband. He was well loved by his lifelong friends, as well as those he made through the Groveport community. As a Golf Pro, Tom was very passionate and proud of his work. He enjoyed traveling to warm and sunny locations and playing new courses and games with his friends. Tom was an avid lover of music and never tired of seeing his favorite bands perform live. His children will greatly miss going to concerts with him, having family dinner nights, discussing tv shows and movies, and taste testing his new recipes in the kitchen.

Tom will be greatly missed and survived by his two daughters Mia and Reagan, his parents Randy and Evelyn, and brother Edward.

Memorial Service will be held at 11:30 AM on Sunday, October 12, 2025 at SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST, where a visitation will follow until 2 PM.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
