Tim had a unique perspective on things.  He would often assist with offering a solution that was spot on but well outside of the box.  He had forgotten more about the Kubota dealer network than any three of us will ever know.  What he didn't remember he would refer to his roladex that appeared to be up to date despite it being 2021.  His sense of humor, although a little warped, seemed to engage when the situation called for it.
Simply put, Tim was an all around good egg.  He will be missed.

My office wall was on the other side of the exercise room and when Tim would drop the free weights into the rack, I thought my wall would fall on me. He would just laugh at me when I informed him that he scared me. He will be greatly missed at Kubota. Praying for you & your family.

Tim was an amazingly dynamic man.  I had the honor and privilege of working with him for 16 years.  3 of those years as the Management Team leading the Northern Division Finance Department.  I cannot image those years without Tim’s support and friendship.  His strength was always there for us to lean on from a new project to a bad day.  He was an icon in the office, his years of hard work and dedication gave him such skill and knowledge, if you needed to know something about a Dealer, no need to check the file just ask Tim. Tim was the voice of reason when chaos seemed determined to take over.  I learned so much from him in my 15+ years at Kubota.  My sincere condolences to his family and friends.  He is greatly missed.

My deepest condolences go out to the Sawicki family.  I worked with Tim for over 30 years at Kubota.  He has been my sounding board through them all.  Tim had a gift for making situations seem lighter by interjecting humor into everything.  I will miss him, but he leaves a legacy that will live on forever.

Tim lived 6 houses away from me in the Collinwood neighborhood before he and his family moved to Mayfield Village when he was in the fourth or fifth grade but we kept in touch. One of the toughest guys I knew. Very quiet but he had a good sense of humor. His family always had something special going on at Holloween. He was just a really good friend, very kind. Thoughts and prayers to Missy and the rest of the family. RIP, Timmy. You did good.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Tim's family at this difficult time. We are so happy we had a chance to talk with him a few weeks ago at his dad's birthday party. As a young neighbor, Tim always had a cheerful "Hello" and a smile when he greeted us.

Swi, was one of the best noseguards I’ve ever played with. But, as I got to know him better, I came to realize how compassionate a person he is.  I will never forget that man. He loved his family, teammates and life… This Tim Sawicki is the person I’ll never forget…with a heavy heart and tearfully good memories, I offer my most heartfelt condolences, to the family and friends of my dear Brother.  May the grace and peace of Christ Jesus comfort and strengthen you, in this time of great sorrow.

RIP Swi! A great teammate and player and even better person! You will be missed.

Played against Tim at our arch rival Mayfield HS. Boy was he tough and strong. Had a reputation  as one of the biggest badass football players in Cleveland, ( along with Joe Hornick)... HA ... who woulda figured!! as being guys who wouldn't just hit you but hurt you. Tommy Cooz and Golic and Gary Jeter were the superstars but Tim was the tough guy! Then I met him for our 1st recruiting trip to Kentucky. He came to my house in January in 3 feet of snow and drove us to the airport for my first trip in an airplane. Wow, what a nice, soft spoken guy he was. We all got to know SWI at OSU and he was a great teammate and player. Still remember enjoyed rooming with him at the Gator Bowl and that he caused a fumble before the last fateful drive vs Clemson. Also that BBC special about Woody and SWI is screwing up the run drill and Woody's getting pissed at Vogs and Waugh.... Too funny!! After OSU when I'd see him we were long lost friends. My wife even commented "you two are so great together... he is just the nicest man, she said!! 
So sad it was way too soon. Was so looking forward to seeing him again this year... Until we meet again my friend...

I came to the Finance Department at Kubota in Columbus early in 1993. Tim was already there and I quickly discovered how good he was at anything assigned to him. Tim had the ability to resolve problem situations and diffuse tense and complicated events that would be a challenge to others. In the 23 years I worked with Tim, if there was a difficult issue to be addressed, I could depend on him to successfully deal with it.
On top of being stable, dependable, and solid at his job, Tim was just a joy to have around as a person. He was the type of guy you could enjoy just hanging out with. I will miss him very much and send my condolences to Missy and the family. We have lost a great man.

I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Tim the past 24 yrs. at Kubota.  I always admired his abilities and willingness to help the sales department.  I respected his guidance and his unique ways of evaluating dealers.  He was fun to have in the office and enjoyed his stores from his time at OSU.  Tim was a great employee, person, and friend.  He will be greatly missed.  My deepest condolences go to his family.

The entire Sawicki family always invited me into their home as an extended member of their own family. Mr. Sawicki always treated me with respect and kindness. He was a great father and a great man. My condolences to the family. He will be missed.

I remember Tim from high school. I wore his huge football jersey in a pep rally skit before a football game.  He was always very kind. Love and prayers for his family. Rest in Jesus, Tim.

Missy, Mason and Brennen. I worked with Tim from his first day at Kubota until I retired. I was amazed at his dedication to working out most every day. When we heard crashing and banging we knew Tim was in the exercise room. Tim and I also shared friendship with the head trainer at OSU, Billy Hill. Billy was our next door neighbor. We attended a memorial for Billy held in the Fawcett Building when he passed away. I loved sharing stories with Tim. Above all he loved him family and always had a big smile when we talked about you all. Tim's answer when I needed help with a problem shipping progress, let me see what I can do. Most of the time he solved the problem right away, or let me know why he could not. I will miss him always. He was a good friend, employee, Father and Husband. God Bless him.

Great pleasure working with Tim for the last few years. Have many fond memories talking about his OSU days and being coached under Woody Hayes. He was always a joy to talk to and will be missed. Prayers for his family.

I worked with Tim for many years at Kubota and he was always a great pal. I greatly admired his impressive work ethic and knowledge of his job. He was a very funny guy and a lot of fun to work with. After my retirement several years ago, he was one I missed seeing every day. Amy & I have many fond memories of Kubota Christmas parties with Tim & Missy.
