Tonya Vest

Tonya Ann Vest, age 63, passed away peacefully Monday, March 1, 2021, surrounded by her loving family. She was born June 5, 1957 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Chester and Joyce Morris. Tonya is survived by her loving husband of 30 years Harold Lee Vest Jr., children; Christina Beal, and Joe Grizzle, sisters; Darlene Workman, Kathy South, June Creamans, and Tina (Tim) Coffmon, brother, Chester Morris Jr., aunts; Peggy Novak, Barbara Brownfield, Edie Johnson, Janet Pancake, and Jo (Tim) Williams, uncles; Guy Royise and Gary Royise, countless cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, along with other family and friends. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, one of the lights of her life, Marcia Grizzle. Tonya was a beautiful soul. She adored children and children adored her. She had this warm spirit to her that made everyone feel comfortable. She was a bright presence in people's lives and will be missed deeply. The family would like to give a special thank you to niece Megan Morris with helping Tonya in a time of need. Family will receive friends Friday March 5th from to 12-2PM following a funeral service at 2PM at SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST, 1051 E Johnstown Rd, Gahanna, OH 43230.
