Tyler "Gibby" Lee Gibson, age 26, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday February 8, 2020. Tyler was born on September 7, 1993 in Polk County, Florida. He graduated from Teays Valley High School in 2012 and worked as a roofer at Willis Roofing for many years. Preceded in death by his Grandpa Dood. He is survived by his mother, Tammy Boehringer; step-father, Matt Boehringer; step-sister, Haylee; stepbrothers, Hayden and Blake; Dennis "Grumpy Grandpa" Grimwood; Grandpa Dave; Grandma Linda; Grandma Becky; Great Grandma Margaret; aunts Robin (Dana) French and Wendy (Tim) Grimwood. Loved by Cassandra Strawser Gibson; additional family in Florida and many friends. Tyler had a passion for cars, clothing, and loved spending time with his friends. He was a kind hearted young man and always the life of the party. Family will gather from 1-2 PM on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at Heart and Hope Funeral Home by Schoedinger, 3030 W. Broad St, Columbus, Ohio, where a memorial service will follow at 2 PM.
