Bill is survived by loving wife of 56 years, Shirley Duggan, son, Mike Duggan, grandchildren; Josh Duggan, Justin Duggan, and Jason Duggan, brother, Eddie (Karen) Duggan, and sister, Dixie Ring, along with other dear family and friends. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by son, Ron Duggan. Family will receive friends 4-7PM, Sunday, August 28, 2022, at SCHOEDINGER EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5360 E.
