William Wheeland Dunning, age 86, passed away on Tuesday, October 1, 2013. Bill was born on July 9, 1927 in Columbus Ohio and a proud graduate of North High School. He is survived by wife, Clara; son, Scott; daughter, Valerie (Jeff) Edwards; and grandson, Aaron William. He served 9 years in the Army Air Force and Counter Intelligence Corp. He was a 50 year member of the New England Lodge #4 F&A.M. and Aladdin Shriners, Worthington Chapter. Bills business career began when he founded The Dunning-Lathrop Insurance Agency and later Petro Insurance Co and Proprietor Insurance Corp. After retirement he became a talented and creative woodworker. A private memorial will be held at the later date.
