William Keller

William Keller, 81, of Worthington, passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Son to the late Walter and Helen Keller, he was born November 24, 1927 in Columbus. Bill served in the U.S. Marine Corps., retired from Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, and was a member of the American Legion. He was an avid golfer and won many awards. Preceded in death by his parents; wife, Georgia, in 2008; and brother, Bob Keller, Bill will be missed by his sons, Michael (Kathleen) Keller and Ronald (Cheryl) Keller; step-children, Georgia (Neal) Kirby and Michael Settles; grandchildren, Elizabeth (Rob) and Cassandra; step-grandchildren, Tina, Gabriel (Lauren) , Kelly (Tim), Amanda, and Jacob; 3 step great-grandchildren, Lucas, Colton, and Tessa; brothers, Don (Shirley) and Walter “Butch” (Virginia) Keller; and sisters, Jean Ream, Beverly “Toots” Hixson, Pat Arthurs, many nieces and nephews and his beloved cat Kitty-K. The family extends a debt of gratitude to all of the great neighbors that have helped out these past few months. Funeral services 11:30am Tuesday, November 3, 2009 at SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTON CHAPEL, 6699 N. High St. Worthington, OH. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 2-4pm and 6-8pm.
