My sympathies to Bill's family.  I was in NROTC with Bill at OSU.  We spent many hours together during the tumultuous '68 to '72 college experience.  When we became Ensigns we were both sent to the west coast, where Bill and I got together several times as we were both in PR for the Navy.  After the Navy Bill DJ'd at my class reunion.  I always enjoyed talking to Bill and swapping sea stories with him.

Bill was always willing to ensure that I had my steps right when dancing.   He will be missed.

Just learned of Bill's passing from a fellow alum of Bishop Ready High School. He and I (along with brother Jim) shared a love of music and I recall playing a gig or two with him. Also remember his dedication to help get the marching band off the ground and his wonderful friendship during those high school years. My sympathy to the family and his friends. Always enjoyed dancing with Bill Mcloughlin. He and his wife Linda took lessons at the Westerville Fred Astaire Dance Studio for a number of years.  We competed together at several Ohio Regional Fred Astaire Dance Events.  Bill and Linda were fun and outgoing; students who knew them both will remember Bill fondly.
