Willis Scott, age 86, passed away on Friday, September 7, 2018 at home with his family. He was born December 22, 1931 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to the late Nathan and Hattie (Whaley) Scott and is also preceded in death by his wife, Martha Scott; and daughter, Gwendolyn Scott. Willis is survived by his son, Shawn Scott; sister, Dorothy Butler; sisters-in-law, Juanita Rickman, Janette Riley, and Jackie Tidmore; and other extended family. Willis was a retired US Air Force Sergeant and a retired US Postal Worker. He found great enjoyment in photography. A visitation will be held 5-7 p.m. Friday, September 14, 2018 at the SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST CHAPEL 1051 E. Johnstown Road, Gahanna. Inurnment with military honors will take place 1 p.m. Monday, September 17 at Riverside Cemetery, 3840 Sunbury Rd, Columbus.
