A visitation for Joseph will be held Wednesday, October 13, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Michael J. Higgins Funeral Service, 113 Lake Rd. E., Congers, New York 10920. A funeral mass will occur Thursday, October 14, 2021 at 10:00 AM at St. Paul's Church, 82 Lake Rd., Congers, NY 10920.
