Jean Hope Plumley

Jean Hope Plumley, age 80, of Conyers, passed away on Monday, March 11, 2013. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 13, 2013, at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services, Horis A. Ward Chapel, at 11:00a.m., with Rev. Billy Moss officiating. Interment will follow at Hillandale Memorial Gardens, in Lithonia. A native of Calhoun, GA, Ms. Plumley was of the Baptist faith. She was loved and will be greatly missed by her children, Terry and Sharyn Hope, of Katy, TX, Sue Hope, of Crowley, TX and Mark and Kathy Hope, of Monticello, GA; step-daughter, Denise Jimmerson, of Conyers; sister, Irene and Ed Samples, of Homer; grandchildren, Terry Merritt, Brandon Yancey, Tara Kaiser, Kelsey Hope, Brianna Hope, Sandi Price, Doug McCranie, Chad Hendrix and Steven Hendrix; 9 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Eugene Plumley and a grandchild, Courtney Roy. The family will receive friends Tuesday, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
