Edward Frances Lyons

Edward was a hardworking and devoted family man who lived his life for his children and grandchildren. He was always ready to lend a helping hand, never hesitating to stop what he was doing to support others. Known for his charming personality, he was often a big flirt with a wonderful sense of humor that brought joy to those around him.

He cherished his daily phone conversations with his mother-in-law and enjoyed unwinding with a drink or two after a long day of working outdoors. Edward appreciated the finer things in life, but above all, he valued love, connection, and family. He had a deep love for animals and embraced his blended family wholeheartedly, always treating each member as his own. Those who knew him will remember that he did not have an ounce of hate in his heart.

Edward is survived by his children, Dominique Janise, Gina Lyons, Dominga Lyons, Monique Madril-Lyons, and Angel Francisco, and his siblings, Marceline Jackson and Mervyn Lyons.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Yolanda Madrid-Lyons, whom he loved deeply; his son, Edward Lyons Jr.; his parents; and seven siblings.

Edward’s legacy of love, kindness, and laughter will live on in all who knew and loved him.
