Dad was a very proud Navy Veteran having served five (5) years during the Korean war. Dad had many different jobs before moving the whole family from Duluth to Blaine in 1963 , working nights as a custodian for the University of Minnesota. Dad spent 28+ years with the University and the last of his working years he was the supervisor of the MR shop on the Minneapolis campus.
Mom and Dad traveled with their group of friends around the country and spent their last of the traveling days in Mesa, Arizona.
Dad was a “jack of all trades” who believed there was no such thing as “can’t”. He taught his kids the value of being a hard worker and always to do their best.
