Loretta I. Graves Bjork

Age 98 of Minneapolis, formerly of Battle Lake. Loretta went to be with her Lord on Sept. 3, 2010. She was born in Lake Park, Iowa on Jan. 29, 1912 and she subsequently moved to Battle Lake. She is survived by her five children, Viola Dick, Darlene DelPorto, Joyce Rowell, Dale Bjork, Jim Bjork; 16 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 15 great, great grandchildren. She is preceded by her husband, Oliver Bjork and one great grandchild, Valerie Cearfoss. Loretta was a blessing and inspiration to her family as well as to all who knew her. She lived a life of self sacrifice, always with a smile on her face and words of wisdom and love on her lips. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Funeral Service Friday Sept 10 at 10 a.m. with Reviewal at 9 a.m. at the First Baptist Church of Anoka 1235 Park St. in Anoka, MN. Visitation Friday Sept. 10 from 6-8 p.m. at the Nilson Funeral Chapel 102 South Lincoln Avenue in Battle Lake. Interment on Saturday Sept. 11 at 3 p.m. at Lakewood Cemetery in Battle Lake, MN.
