Mark was a devoted father, cherished son, loving grandfather, and loyal friend. He brought humor, kindness, and steady support to everyone lucky enough to know him. His warm presence and quick wit left a lasting impression on all who met him.
After earning his bachelor’s in History and Communications at Saint Paul Bible College, Mark lead a Godly life working for Billy Graham, and started a family. He was an author, a poet, a singer, an avid reader, an actor, and a jokester. He loved fiercely, and was deeply loved in return.
A lifelong lover of stories, Mark found joy in reading, writing, and sharing thoughtful conversations. He had a deep appreciation for music, especially the Beatles, whose songs were the soundtrack to many moments in his life.
He never lost the mischievous spark he ignited as a youth, explored all of his interests with an analytical and philosophical mind, and his heart was happiest when he could tell you a story that shared a glimpse into his kind and humble heart.
He is preceded in passing by his father, Gerald Gengler.
Mark is lovingly remembered by his children, Chris Webster, Tasha (husband Chris) Harmon, and Stephanie (husband John Bahr) Webster; his grandchildren, Ethan, Oliver, and Charlie, who lit up his world; his mother, Patricia Gengler; his brother, Jim; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and very dear friends.
Mark’s life was one of quiet strength, deep love, and creative spirit. He will be missed more than words can express. His faith in Christ will have him whole again in Heaven with his Savior forever.
The service to celebrate Mark’s life will be held on Sunday, the 8th of June, at 2 pm at Radisson Road Church, 13627 Radisson Rd NE, Ham Lake, MN 55304.
