Though you do not know me, my father, Ray Orstad and wife, Lorraine, remember Mickey.  My dad didn't recall his given name.  I have tried to keep my folks posted on the Audette family, as they were all northsiders together.  I grew up on 31st and Humboldt, just two doors from Grandma Audette and some of the others in the family. Please accept our deepest sympathies at your loss.  My folks now live in Elk River and are 92 & 93 years young.

Aunt Ella and Family, 

You were all blessed to have this great guy in your lives so long. You will have great daily memories of him for years to come. Enjoy them all as I will.  When I think of my Uncle Mickey I remember all the huge smiles great bear hugs and kisses he always had for me, probably for all the girls, but he made me feel special. Every time I smell a pipe he pops up in my mind with a big smile. Uncle Mickey had to be so proud of his family. God bless you all.

So many fun memories at the lake 
i still can hear the horn from the big red CHARGE,and the sounds of the horse shoes clicking the discussions over who won were always entertaining.

So many words come to mind when I think of Uncle Mickey ... The lake, Big Red rides, suspenders, family picnics, horse shoe tournaments,cards, laughter ... Grandpa Richard.  Great memeories!  Sending my love.

One word that describes Uncle Mickey,
"FUN".  So many great memories from out at the lake; campfires, and talk, talk, talk, and picnic table feasts.  Love you Uncle Mick.

I have many fond memories of Uncle Mickey.  One that sticks out is watching him learn a new porker game from Mark or Buddy or Robert.  I was young and just learning the fine points of poker and I could always rely on Uncle Mickey's reaction to a new game.  If he won, he loved it.  If he didn't, well you knew exactly how he felt.
