Mike O'Donnell

Mike was a resident of Coon Rapids Minnesota. Born in Minneapolis on December 22nd, 1959.

Mike spent his early years living in Cottage Grove, Minnesota. His family moved to Spring Lake Park, Minnesota in 1976 where he and his loving wife, Mary, married in 1983. He resided there for many years and most recently moved to Coon Rapids.

Mike loved his family very much and was strong in his faith. He liked to collect coins, baseball cards, jewelry, and old radios. He always liked to visit with people when he could and talked to people on the phone. He would talk to his wife Mary every day.

Mike was preceded in death by parents, Roger and Carole O’Donnell; brothers, Tim O’Donnell, James O’Donnell; sister, Debra O’Donnell; and son, Christopher O’Donnell.

Mike is survived by wife, Mary O’Donnell; sister, DeAnn (Roy) Sullins; nieces, Jessica O’Dell, Amanda (Jefferey) Stradtmann; nephews, Bo Dozert, Nick Sullins, Alex (Amanda) Sullins, Derick Sullins; and many great nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends.

On February 12th, 2026, Gearhart Funeral Home of Coon Rapids will host a private family viewing, for invited guests, prior to Mike being laid to rest. The final resting place for Mike is beside his parents at Morningside Memorial Gardens, located in Coon Rapids, MN.
