Nikita Alexandrovich Nijnik

Nikita is survived by his parents, Alexander and Ludmila Nijnik; brother, Yuriy Nijnik and his wife, Natasha; nephews, Lukas and Nikolas; and three God children, Kianah, Nolan, and Abigail.

Nikita Nijnik was known to be the most selfless man, always dedicating his life to his family and friends. He lived to provide for his family through work and to always bring light to others. Nikita was the core to many friendships, bringing many individuals closer through his loyalty and passion for life. His generosity and love were frequently shown through his family dinners held at his parents’ home where friends gathered, and family bonds were formed. Nikita cherished every moment he had with family and friends; he loved to give the world and more to his nephews and Godchildren. He has built many relationships through his generosity, and loving nature.

Although the sun was not always kind to Nikita’s fair skin, he loved to spend free time in Florida, he had the biggest smile during every trip while spending time in warm weather with great food and friends. Nikita had a great passion for fishing, he enjoyed night fishing with the boys and was always ready to get a line in the water. Nikita loved to show his humor through his quick wit with his closest friends through bantering.

Nikita will be missed by so many and those whose lives he has touched will be forever grateful. Nikita has left behind the true meaning of loyalty and dedication; this will continue to be honored throughout each day of all our lives.

Join us to honor Nikita on Friday, February 28, 2025, at Gearhart Funeral Home, 11275 Foley Blvd NW, Coon Rapids, MN. Visitation begins at 10:00 am, with memory sharing at 1:00 pm, and interment to follow at 2:30 pm at Morningside Memorial Gardens, 11800 University Ave NW, Coon Rapids, MN.
