Patti faced many challenges in her life but her strong faith & love of family and friends were her joy. Patti loved cats and was a devoted caretaker to her beloved rescues, Rusty and Precious. She was a fan of Celtic Thunder and movie stars. She enjoyed playing Yahtzee and paint by numbers. Her gentle nature and kind-hearted spirit touched all who knew her.
Patti was preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Marilyn Buchman; nephew, Kevin Buchman. She will be missed by her siblings, John (Sandy) Buchman, Mary Buchman, Beth (Randy) Nygaard, Bob (Kay) Buchman; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11am on Thursday, October 30, 2025 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 835 2nd Ave NW, New Brighton, light lunch following. Visitation will begin at 10am. Private burial at Calvary Cemetery, Anoka.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Patti’s name to SAVE - Suicide Awareness Voices of Education or Animal Human Society.
