Goodness where to start...I have known Rhonda my entire life. But when I was about 5 years old, she and my MawMaw and Aunt Peggy started taking me in as well when my sister Mikka would go visit. It started with just weekend overnight stays and eventually turning into I had my own room wherever Rhonda lived. From the beginning Rhonda always made me feel special. One memory I have is her always making me and Mikka dress alike and I hated it LOL! Now I'd give anything for her to buy us a matching outfit. 2000 words is nothing close to what I could say about Rhonda. She did not birth me but she will always be a Mom to me. She always lit up a room and her presence was always known (that's for sure!) Rhonda has always been a strong force in my life, there to motivate me, console me, encourage me, tell me when I need to take action, and to love me unconditionally. I will miss her warm embrace when I hugged her neck, I will miss her laughter, I will miss her more than anything. At her memorial and on her Facebook after her passing, it was put into action what I have always known, and that is that Rhonda had such an impact on anyone she came in contact with. She had a massive heart and love for everyone. For now my heart feels broken, but I know I will always have her with me and she will always be by my side. I am saddened that she has left behind so many loved ones, especially Jon (my Papa Jon) and Seth and Coley, Aunt Peggy, Aunt Sheila, the kiddos, everyone but what a blessing it has been to have her in our lives. I hope to share the kind of compassion and love that she has always shown me. Rhonda, I will always love you and miss you. 

Today I wanted to share a memory with my Aunt Rhonda.   My Aunt Rhonda was the most kindest, most loving and caring person I know.   About 3 weeks before my aunts passing me and my family got to spend a couple of days with her. We were staying at a hotel all together and so basically after my brother, Peyton, Seth, and me got done swimming I was super tired and eventually fell asleep on the bed.  Well, my Aunt Rhonda was into all that wrestling stuff, not just males, females too, so my Aunt Rhonda proceeded to show my family her wrestling moves and jumps on top of me. There are tons of more things I could honestly say but that would take me a while.  God works in mysterious ways that none of us could understand but goodbye for now my beautiful, loving, smart, and kind aunt.  I love you so much.

Rhonda wasn't just my sister she was my best friend .  I will miss her so very much .  I feel like there is a giant hole in my heart and that a piece of me is missing.  I will forever love you Rhonda.  Thank you Jon for loving my sister , you were a good husband to her and know I am here for you forever.  Seth and Cole you were your mothers world she loved you with all her heart and soul always remember that .  We love you all very much and together we will get through this, we will have our good days and bad but we have each other to lean on during those times.  Love you.

I met Rhonda through WomenSource. I am one of the volunteers there. I was so sad to hear about her passing.  I have met some wonderful people in my lifetime, but few  give me a sense right away when I  meet them, even among longtime believers, that they love the Lord. Rhonda had that quality. and  it was palpable  from day one. She had a sense of warmth and caring that few people achieve. In the last few weeks before she passed, I felt that we were becoming friends and talked about getting together outside of WomenSource since we lived somewhat close to each other.. I really feel that I missed out on a wonderful friendship. It may not be so comforting just yet, but knowing  those of us who love Jesus like she did, will see her again means so much. All of you in her family and friends were so blessed to have her in your lives for a long period of time. I feel blessed for the short time I had with her and I feel like I learned a lot from her. We will  just have to pick up where we left off someday.  My payers are with you all.❤️( Beautiful service by the way)

God called another angel home, but this time it was My Forever Friend.   I will always cherish our friendship. God blessed us all with having Rhonda in our lives.   

Jon, Boys, Sheila, Michael, Peggy & Family:  Our hearts are heavy and saddened by the loss of Rhonda.  She was truly an angel and loved by all who knew her.  Although, the hurt is fresh in all our Hearts, Her work on this Earth was done.  She had completed her Work in God's Plan and Purpose for her life.  She is now home in Heaven w/our Heavenly Father as well as Big Jack  and Hazel and all her other family.  

But Praise God all that know their God as their Savior, we're gonna see her again.  I bet that she is now in Heaven making sure that everything is just right for us when we arrive, Just Over in the Gloryland.

We ask God's Peace and Blessings on all of the family members - she truly loved you all in her own unique way. 

Jon & Family ~ Please know our hearts are with you, the boys and Rhonda's family and friends in Minnesota and Texas.  She was a light for so many, and inspired us to be our best selves. 
Rhonda's work as a counseling intern with the East Texas AIDS Project in its early years will never be forgotten,  nor will the friendship we formed as a result. Rhonda gave her all to those she loved, and was always there for my own family during our greatest losses. 
She changed the lives of so many people, including my own. She was my greatest supporter both professionally and personally, and her love was boundless. She will live on in our hearts always.
