Violet Mae Quinehan

Age 100, of Coon Rapids

Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on October 7, 2025.

Preceded in death by her husband, James Henry Quinehan; children, Carol Nelson, Patty (Butch) Kujawa, Jimmy (Jane) Quinehan, Craig Quinehan, Jeff Quinehan; son-in-law, Mark Briggs; great-grandchild, Croix Hennessey; great-great-grandchildren, Emily and Curtis Novak; Violet was also preceded in death by brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Joan (Gene) Hoeschen, Penny (Rob) Jensen, Chris Quinehan, Jean Briggs, Jane (Jon) Streich; daughters-in-law, Jane Quinehan, Patty Quinehan; brother, Oral Sivigny; brother-in-law, Darrell Quinehan; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Violet was the matriarch of the family. Her family and faith were everything to her and they will forever carry her memory in their hearts.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Violet will be 10:30 am Monday, October 20, 2025, at The Church of the Epiphany in Coon Rapids.

Visitation 9:30 am until the time of Mass.

Inurnment at Morningside Memorial Gardens will follow the luncheon.
