Born Lim

Born Lim, born on May 19, 1956, passed away peacefully at the age of 69, on March 17, 2026.

Throughout his life, he enjoyed many hobbies such as gardening and watching sports. One of his favorite and most important thing in life was his family. He loved being able to spend time with his children and grandchildren.

He was known to be very hardworking, being an entrepreneur who helped to create Hi-Tech Electronics. In his free time when he wasn't watching sports or hanging out with family, he was a dedicated advocate for disabled veterans.

He is survived by his wife, Pory Lim; his children Vic Born, Frieda Vu, and Vincent Lim; his grandchildren Athan Lim, Eisley Vu, Castor Vu, Stephanie Lim, Brennan Lim, and Nicholas Born.

He was preceded in death by his parents and four siblings.

A funeral service will be held at Rolling Oaks Funeral Home, 400 Freeport Pkwy, Coppell, TX 75019, on March 28, 2026, at 3:00 pm. A committal will follow at The Rolling Oaks Memorial Center, Owned, Operated, & Managed by The City of Coppell, 400 Freeport Pkwy, Coppell, TX 75019, on March 28, 2026, at 4:00 pm.
