Joseph Allen Malazzo

Today we lost an amazing man who touched so many lives. Joe Malazzo earned his wings on Tuesday, April 7th after a courageous and hard fought 5 ½ year battle against Stage IV melanoma. Joe was born on August 31, 1956 in Bryan, Texas to Sam and Vita Malazzo. He spent most of his adult life in Dallas, where he graduated from Skyline High School and attended Dallas County Community College. He was Vice President of Allied Marketing for 27+ years and was a huge part of his life. Joe was a very devoted husband and father and nothing made him happier than being with his children or an occasional trip to the casino. He cherished every moment he was given with his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Sam and mother, Vita. He is survived by his wife Shelley and four children: Jeremy and wife, Jorden, John Samuel, Marisa and Jacob. He is also survived by sisters Vita Malazzo, Paulette DeFelice and husband, Louis (Dee) and his twin brother, John and wife, Carol. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 9th from 5:30-7:30 pm in Restland Coppell Chapel at Rolling Oaks Memorial Center in Coppell, TX. Services scheduled for Friday, April 10th @ 11:00 am in Restland Coppell Chapel with internment to follow.
