Kimberly Rae Shackelford

She was born on August 30, 1959 in Fort Worth, TX to Sam and Lolamay Daugherty. Kim graduated from Baylor University in 1981 with a degree in Business Administration, Economic and Finance. She was a member of Alpha Kappa Psi professional business fraternity and Gamma Beta Phi honor society. Kim also received a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Texas in 1988. She married Stephen Shackelford in 1984 and they welcomed three children into their home. Professionally, Kim had a lengthy career with JP Morgan Chase in compliance and risk management.

Kim was also a member of the Bent Tree Bible Fellowship.

She was a generous individual who loved helping others and who was passionate about taking care of and providing for her friends and family.

Kim is preceded in death by her husband, Stephen Shackelford and father, Sam Daugherty.

She is survived by: her children, Paige Kohler and husband Joshua, Aubrey Shackelford, and Connor Shackelford; her mother, Lolamay Daugherty; and her brothers, Don Daugherty and Kevin Daugherty.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 13, 2016, 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Rolling Oaks Funeral Home in Coppell, Texas. Pastor Bruce Decker will officiate. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Kim's life.
