Ruth Maxine Dickerson, 83, passed away November 23, 2015. Funeral Services will be held at 2pm Friday, November 27, 2015 in the chapel at Rolling Oaks Funeral Chapel 400 Freeport Parkway, Coppell, TX. The family will receive friends from 1-2 prior to the service in the Grand Foyer. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery in Ft. Worth. Maxine had such an affectionate smile that lit up the room when ever she entered it. She was a member of the Elks Lodge and loved plants and enjoyed her green house. She also loved to travel and spending time with her friends. She will be greatly missed. She is preceded in death by her husband Pete Dickerson, a son Dee Blackwell, 2 brothers, J.L. Smith and Denis Smith, and a sister Wanda Weaver. She is survived by her nieces Kris Gantt and her husband John, Tobi Ling, Kathi Fondren, Gay Barclay; and nephew Joel Smith, and a host of extended friends and family.
