Calvin Miles

Calvin was born December 19, 1969 in New Orleans, La to the late Mr. Matthew Calvin Miles and Mrs. Barbara Butler. Raised in the Northwest Suburbs of Illinois, he graduated from Glenbard North High School. After High School he joined the US Army Reserves briefly and attended College. Calvin, moved to Texas and married Clara Hodges (Miles) to which 2 children were born. He began his life in the healthcare field and eventually found a passion for working with print presses.

He is survived by his children; Calvin Matthew Miles Jr and Cierra Mia Miles, Brooklyn Jade-Elyse Bell (Granddaughter) of Austin, TX, Barbara Butler (Mother) of Copperas Cove, TX, Katie Miles (Stepmother) of Marrero, LA, Nykshia Miles-Clay (Sister) of Copperas Cove TX, Jarvis N Miles (Brother) (Genelle) of Marrero, Alicia J Miles (Sister) and Alex J Miles (Brother) of Marrero, LA; a host of nieces and nephews, aunt, uncles, and cousins. Calvin was preceded in death by his Matthew Calvin Miles (Father), Matthew Miles Jr (Grandfather), Mary Williams Miles (Grandmother), Ret. MSG Emmett R Butler (Stepfather), Joseph W Burkes (Grandfather), Minnie Lee Burkes (Grandmother).
