Charles was born on August 19,1949 to Benjamin Morris and Mattie Mays Morris in Odum, Georgia.
He was a proud member of the Copperas Cove Kawana's club, loved car racing and enjoyed watching westerns and really enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He had a really kind and loving heart and will be missed by all who knew him.
Charles is survived by his nephew Robert Johnson and two nieces Teresa Collins and Phyllis Mcdonald, two great nephews and two great nieces.
A small Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2024 at 11:00 AM in the Pidcoke Baptist Church, located at 11125 FM 116 in Gatesville, Texas.
