Daniel George Hreha Sr.

Daniel George Hreha SR of Copperas Cove, Texas age 80 years, 4 months and 24 days of Copperas Cove Texas passed away on Friday, July 26, 2024.

Daniel was born to his parents George Charles Hreha and Kathleen Ruth Foe on March 28, 1944 in Harbor Beach, Michigan.

Daniel was a devoted husband and father. He was a dedicated Grandfather. He was married on August 20, 1966 for 57 Years, 11 months and 24 days. His biggest joy in life was seeing his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was very proud of the people they are. He enjoyed all aspects of an outdoorsman. Hunting, fishing, camping and boating were his favorite pastimes. He enjoyed passing his knowledge to his family and friends. And would help anyone in need. He was loved by many and will be missed by all that knew him.

Daniel retired as a Sergeant First Class from the United States Army. Served in Vietnam and was part of forces expedition of Korea.

Survived by Wife Janice Ruth Hreha, Children; Daniel G Hreha Jr. and his wife Sue Hreha, Stephanie Hamilton and her husband Howard Ben Hamilton III, Suzanne Neun and her husband John Neun, Charles Hreha and his wife Karen Hreha, Grandchildren; Cody and his wife Morgan, Cory, Jonathan, Lucas, Noah, Stephen, Nicholas and his wife Jessie, Elizabeth and her husband Christian, Kacy and her husband Justin, Mahayla, Great Grandchildren; Kacelyn, Savior, Fawkes, Oliver, Harley, Kara, Jackson, Sebastian, Emlynn. Preceded in death by one Grandchild; Trevor.

A Graveside Service will be held at 10 AM on August 7, 2024 in the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen, Texas where he will be receiving full Military Honors.
