She is survived by her husband, Ken Decker, her daughters, Amy McCutchen, Sarah Kilbourn and Bonnie Baker and son, Jay Lukac. She was preceded in death by her dad, Jess Stopford and her mom, Gloria Stagi.
Deborah holds a doctorate in early childhood education and was a professor for Walden University. She was the director of short term educational programs for Nacel Open Door. She owned and operated Smaller Scholars for thirty years and also taught for Sylvan Learning Center.
A visitation for Deborah will be held at Crawford Bowers Funeral Home, 211 W. Avenue B Copperas Cove, Texas on Sunday, January 26, 2025 from 3:00 till 5:00 PM.
Burial will be at Belle Vernon Cemetery in Pennsylvania at a later date.
