Elaine was born to her parents Floyd Moorhouse and Dorothy Kingsley on July, 31,1936 in Winona, Minnesota.
She is survived by her daughter; Connie Oliver, sons; Scott Cook, Craig Cook and wife Vanessa and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her son Kenneth Cook.
A Graveside Service will be held for Elaine Cook and William Cook on July 28, 2023 at 11:00 AM in the Central Texas State Veteran Cemetery in Killeen, Texas Where William Cook will receive full Military Honors with Pastor Mark Kemp Officiating.
