Texas. She was born July 23rd, 1963 in Heidelberg, Germany to Paul and Helen “Marlene”
Rosarius.
Helen retired in August of 2019 from ASBn-Hood/LRC as the Battalion S1 after 35 years of
service in the US Government. Her years of service were dedicated to helping and supporting
the soldiers and civilians she worked with.
She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Rosarius, and her granddaughter, Caitlyn Marie
Clough.
She is survived in death by her mother, Helen “Marlene” Rosarius, her siblings, and her
husband, James Baines. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren: her son,
Clayton Baines, his fiance, Jacyln De Luna, and their two daughters Kailani and Ollie Mae
Baines, her daughter, Amanda Horacek, her fiance Nicole Shell, and their two sons, Brayden
and Jordan Close, her daughter, Melissa Clough, her husband, Jonathan Clough, and their son
Jonathan Clough Jr., her son, Robert Horacek, his wife, Stephanie Horacek, and their son,
Grayson Horacek, and her daughter, Jamie Baines, all of whom meant the world to her.
Helen was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who will be deeply missed by all
that knew and loved her.
A Funeral Service for Helen will begin at 9am on Thursday, November 30th at Crawford Bowers Funeral Home of Copperas Cove followed by the Graveside Service at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery beginning at 11am.
