Lillie was born on November 22, 1922 near the community of
Antelope, Texas, which is now part of the Fort Hood Reservation.
Her parents were Gib Golden and Cordie (Hinson) Golden, who
preceded her in death.
She is survived by a brother, Lawton Golden and wife, Zeta of Belton,
Texas, a daughter Cynthia Lanelle Gray and husband Willie Jackson of Bertram, Texas, son Bob Gray and wife Sherry of Burnet, Texas, two grandsons
Teddy Hammack of Hardin, Texas and Jerry Hammack and wife, Mary
of Oakalla, Texas, granddaughter Shelly Fidler and husband, Mat of
Burnet, Texas, two nephews and their wives, Scooter and Patty Golden
of Belton and Jimmy and Paula Golden of Belton. Several great
nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to First United Methodist Church – Benevolent Fund, 301 E Graves, Burnet, Texas 78611.
Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Copperas Cove is in charge of
