Mae Camacho

Mae was a loving wife, mother and grandmother whom enjoyed her family and home more than anything. On April 22nd, 1978 she married the love of her life Tommy and in June of 1978 they left Guam to pursue their life together. Throughout the years, she was blessed to care for her children, Duane and Maylene, while her husband was serving in the Army. After raising her children, Mae worked at First National Bank Texas in the Fort Hood and Killeen branches. After retiring from the bank, Mae devoted her time to her grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her father William and mother Rosita, and her brother Marvin Combado.

Mae leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband of 45 years, Tommy Camacho; her son, Duane Camacho and wife Jenny; her daughter, Maylene Garcia and husband Jose; grandchildren Kapua Camacho, Keanu Camacho, Kalei Camacho, Kainoa Camacho, Kehlani Camacho, and Penelope Garcia; as well as a great grandson, Koi Camacho; and her siblings William Combado, Juliemarie Salas, Steven Combado.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, July 11th from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the Chapel of the Crawford Bowers Funeral Home, Recitation of the Rosary will begin at 7:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Wednesday, July, 12th at 11:00 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church. Interment will follow in the Central Texas Veteran Cemetery in Killeen at 1:00 PM.
