Warren was born on August 29, 1944 to Milton Matthews and Lucille Bouley in Niagara Falls, New York.
Warren retired from the United States Army after reaching the rank of Master Sergeant.
Family and friends will gather on Sunday, January 23, 2022 from 3:00 - 4:00 PM in the chapel of Crawford Bowers Funeral Home in Copperas Cove, Texas. The Graveside Service will be held on Monday, January 24, 2022 starting at 11:00 AM at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery located in Killeen, Texas where he will receive full military honors. Arrangements are entrusted to Crawford Bowers Funeral Home of Copperas Cove, Texas.
