Don Tucker

A Celebration of Life Service for Leonard Don Tucker, 73, is set for 12:00 noon Saturday at Tuscumbia Baptist Church with Bro. Branston Vuncannon and Bro. Rodney Whittemore officiating. Burial will follow the Peace Chapel Cemetery in Scotts Hill, TN.

A Family and Friends Gathering will be on Saturday from 10:00 am until service time at the church.

Don died October 1, 2025 at NMMC in Tupelo, MS. He was born January 8, 1952 in Henderson Co. TN to the late Leonard Tucker and Donnie Powers Tucker. He was a member of Tuscumbia Baptist Church. Don was carpenter by trade and enjoyed horses, going on trail rides with friends and watching westerns on TV.

He was preceded in death by his parents; step-son, Barry Lipford; sister, Brenda Goff; and half-brother, Kenneth Tucker.

He is survived by his wife, Pat Tucker; daughters, Virginia Frizzell (Daniel) and Cheryl Middleton (Glenn); step-son, J.J. Gardner (Angie); brother, Glen Tucker (Darlene); sisters, Barbara Bivens and Diane Edgin (Barry); grandchildren, Britney Frizzell, Dana Frizzell, Lane Middleton, Dixie Whybrew (Tyler), Hank Gardner, and Sally Kate Gardner; and a great grandchild that is on the way.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Joe Emmons, Donnie Moore, Dale Monroe, Jerry Don Sweat, Steve Tankersley, John Bruithwhiler, Billy Slaughter, and Jerry Newell.
