Mr. Perry was a member of Kemps Chapel Baptist Church, was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force and was a retired pilot for the Forresty Commission.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jessie V. and Ida Burcham Perry; sister, Gloria Wallin; brother, Tommy Perry; and a granddaughter Karson Stewart.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Perry of Rienzi, children, Anthony Joe Perry of Tupelo, Lonnie Joe Perry of New Albany, Cathy King of Guys, TN, Drake Wortman of Saltillo, Colleen Robbins of Rienzi and Whitney Stewart of Glen; sisters, Betty Jane Massey of Marietta and Billie Jean Henderson of Corinth; grandchildren, Jeremiah Perry, Matthew Perry, Sophia Perry, Matthew King, Mark King, Crystal Fullwood, Colin Wortman, Devyn Ross, Erin Wortman, Tyler Robbins, Bryce Robbins, Kylie Robbins and Heather Stewart; and many great-grandchilren.
